Product Training
When you purchase apparel decorating equipment, you will receive product training at no charge. In the case of startup embroidery equipment that is delivered to you, ready-to-run, out-of-the box, Training is provided in one of Hirsch's 13 Training Centers (at no charge) with a qualified Instructor. The length of training is dependent upon what was purchased.
In the case of production equipment that requires installation, the Technician that assembles, tests and certifies your machinery (onsite) will also provide you with training on your equipment.
In addition to your "live" training, supplemental materials such as manuals and videos will be provided to you so that you have quick and easy reference to the operational information that was given to you during training.
Hirsch currently offers classroom product training in 13 locations nationwide. Product Training is offered at no charge to customers who have purchased new equipment and/or software. The duration of the training is determined by the product that was purchased.
To schedule training, download and complete the Training Request Form and fax it in to the appropriate training location, as indicated on the form. Upon receipt, a Training Specialist will contact you to discuss your needs.
