MicroSmart Technology also integrates certain mechanical innovations into the production process giving you the most powerful capabilities available anywhere. The new 32 bit controller runs at 300MHz and utilizes the Windows® CE Operating System. The full color 6.5" Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD MicroSmart screen shows the design and location of the needle at any point in the sewing process, X and Y coordinates, machine codes and more. Some MicroSmart machine management information is even password protected. Standard MicroSmart memory is 2,000,000 stitches and now up to 256 designs can be saved in memory. USB, compact flash, LAN or disk can be used for data transfer. Frame Drive is MicroSmart controlled yielding a more precise stitch length and higher quality embroidery. Additionally, the MicroSmart AC Servo pulse motor is a closed system with electronic feedback, mitigating contamination and producing more accurate stitching. The MicroSmart electronics allow for faster frame movement and increased accuracy between stitches.
