4-Port Exhaust System
High-volume, 4-Port Exhaust System with 80mm hose quickly removes fumes as soon as they are created. The SEIT exhaust system is just as effective when the laser head is moving laterally as when its stationary.

C-Shaped Central Supports
SEIT's heavy duty C-shaped centeral supports provide continuous, unimpeded movement of the laser head. Multiple embroidery machines and test stands can be placed at any and all positions along the entire length of the laser bridge’s X-Axis.

Custom-Length Bridges
SEIT laser bridges are available in custom lengths to accommodate virtually any machine configuration and space requirement. Bridges can be infinitely expanded left or right as more embroidery machines are added to keep step with future production expansions.

Direct-Drive Bridge Motor 
The X-axis brushless stepper motor is directly connected to the bridge gear eliminating the need for production-sapping belts and gear-boxes. The end result is quicker acceleration, improved positioning, lower maintenance and improved safety.

Downward-Facing Bridge-Gear 
A unique engineering feature from SEIT, the downward-facing bridge-gear ensures accurate, smooth lateral movement of the laser head during production and reduces maintenance by eliminating debris build-up.

Easy Clean Filters
Positioned on the back of the laser head for easy access and maintenance, SEIT’s industrial grade exhaust filtration system is easy to clean and keeps filter deposits away from embroidery tables.

Extruded Steel Beam
SEIT’s extruded steel beam is engineered to eliminate the pendulum effect associated with other brands of beams. The laser head is kept at a precise distance and perpendicular to the working plane, ensuring the highest quality cutting and etching along the entire length of the bridge.

Flexible Cable Carrier Guides
The flexible "caterpillar" guide system protects and extends the life of water-cooling hoses, exhaust ducts and power supply cables, by allowing a full range of movement without mechanical stress or binding during lateral movement of the laser head.

Infrared Safety Beam
Personnel are protected from accidental exposure to the laser by an infrared safety system that constantly monitors the safety exclusion zone around the machine during operation.  Accidental breaches of the zone will immediately stop the laser.

Laser Calibration
Upon installation, the laser is calibrated to 9-points on the working plane of each individual embroidery head, assuring the highest level of accuracy in cutting and etching applications.

Reciprocating Exhaust Hood
The exhaust hood automatically raises for clearance of bulky garments such as hooded sweatshirts during lateral movement of the laser head, then lowers around the work area for maximum evacuation of fumes during production.

Self-Contained Control System
The SEIT control system is totally self-contained within the laser head housing, resulting in superior power stability, fewer external connections, less maintenance, and easier machine placement in confined spaces.

Water-Cooling System 
Unlike air-cooled systems, SEIT’s water-cooling system is independent of air temperature and does not require a “cool-down” period between runs. Water-cooling also eliminates dust build-up in the control system and stabilizes the power supply to +- 5% for the most precise laser control possible.

Z-Axis Motor
The precision Z-axis Motor focuses the SEIT textile laser accurately on the working plane.  A wide range of fabric types, thicknesses and number of layers can be efficiently cut without the need for aluminum foil in nearly all cases.

Pivoting Tubular Extension Arms
The patented pivoting tubular extension arms handle tight neck openings during production while still allowing free access between each embroidery head.  The pivoting action allows the garment to move without annoying frame pop-outs or potential fabric damage.

Seit Laser Training
Seit Training is conducted onsite by the Technician that assembles, tests and certifies your new machinery.  Advanced Training for Seit is also available at the Hirsch Studio in Solon, OH.
