    Q: How will having more fonts make me more productive?
    A:
    Over 80% of all logos contain lettering. A larger selection of professionally digitized fonts will help match a customers font request which will eliminate the need for custom digitizing when you have a matching font. Since they are professionally digitized, they are created with proper connections and stitch directions.

    Q: How will I learn the new interface, tools and features?
    A:
    We will host a training Webinar to make the transition to Creator smooth and easy.  Plus you are welcome to attend our online review sessions which are held twice monthly.

    Q:  Will I receive better support with Creator?
    A:  Yes, our support staff is highly trained on current versions and levels of software.  It is very difficult to support older programs such as Editor or Editor Plus?

    Q: I just purchased a new computer. Will my Editor or Editor Plus software work on a new computer?
    A:
    No. The operating systems on new computers are much more sophisticated than the operating systems from when your software was released.

    Q: If I upgrade, will Creator work on my old computer?
    A: It depends on the operating system of the computer. If you have Windows XP or Windows Vista installed, then your computer is fully compatible. Windows 95/98/ME/2000 will not install the new software. You will need to update the operating system on your computer or use a computer with a current operating system.

    Q: The upgrade opportunity is a great deal. Are there any payment options?
    A:
    Yes. You can use your credit card and can conveniently pay 1/3 at time of order, 1/3 in 30 days and then the remaining balance 30 days later.

    Q: I don’t digitize. Why would I need a system with digitizing tools?
    A:
    Digitizing tools are provided to assist you with simple shape creation. Think about how many times you receive a design and a shape requires an enormous amount of editing. It would be much easier to redigitize that shape in a few minutes rather than spending a great deal of editing time. Also, think about how many times you might need something such as an underline or a shield or another simple shape. With our easy to use digitizing tools, you can create these shapes and avoid costly outsourcing.

    Q: If I purchase the upgrade, do I also have to purchase the update to the current version?
    A:
