Adelco TE Series Modular Infrared / Hot-Air Electric Textile Dryers are fast, highly efficient and durable. The unique combination of long wave IR heat and re-circulating hot-air (convection) heat, make Adelco IR / Hot Air dryers ideal for both plastisol and water-based inks. Whether you need an electric textile dryer to keep up with your MHM automatic press or to cure waters based inks from your Kornit direct to garment printer, there’s an Adelco TE dryer to meet your needs.

Available in 24” to 60” belt widths, Adelco TE’s modular design enables you to add additional oven sections as your product grows. Adelco TE90-2 is a great match for MHM E-Type automatics, and TE90-4 keeps pace with Kornit 932.

	Solid State Digital Controls Adelco TE Series textile dryers feature a proven solid state control system. Proportional digital temperature control maintains constant oven temperatures, while the infinitely variable belt speed control gives you predictable and repeatable curing times.
	Long-Wave Infrared and Hot-Air Heat Incorporating long–wave infrared elements, Adelco TE heats up quickly saving energy and valuable production time. Long lasting ceramic elements efficiently cures plastisol inks. Recirculating Hot-Air creates convection heat ideal for curing water-based and other evaporative inks. This convection heat also makes Adelco TE more forgiving when printing bulk 3 dimensional items such as hoodies. Unique combination makes Adelco TE the ideal dryer for both automatic screen printing and high volume direct to garment printers.
	Hot Inside / Cool Outside Exceptionally well insulated, Adelco TE retains heat for maximum energy efficiency, keeping the oven exterior and your shop cool. Adjustable oven doors may be raised to accommodate bulky items like sweatshirts or bags, or lowered to conserve heat when printing t-shirts and cut pieces.
	Crowned Rollers With 4-point tracking adjustments, Adelco TE’s highly durable Teflon® coated open mesh belt runs smoothly on crowned rollers driven by a heavy duty gear reduced variable speed DC motor.
