Adelco JetForce Gas Textile Dryers

Adelco JetForce gas textile dryers incorporate massive volumes of jet-forced, super-heated air for fast and efficient curing of both plastisol and water based inks. Superior air and heat distribution provide extremely even belt temperatures throughout the oven.

Whether you need a gas textile dryer to keep up with your MHM automatic press or to cure waters based inks from your Kornit direct to garment printer, there’s an Adelco Jetforce dryer to meet your needs.

Avaiable in 40” to 72” belt widths, Adelco JetForce’s modular design enables you to add additional oven sections as your product grows. Adelco JF150-3 is a great match for MHM automatics or Kornit 931.

	Lowest Carbon Footprint JetForce offers the industry’s lowest carbon footprint! By utilizing a UV flame detector rather than old fashion flame rods JetForce achieves the most efficient air/gas combination possible. This time-tested design minimizes gas consumption and maximizes heat output by producing a hotter and cleaner burning “blue flame”.
	JetForce Control System The JetForce control system incorporates digital control and solid state components. The latest intelligent safety control system provides automatic dryer start up and cool down procedures and monitors the most sophisticated safety system available including twin gas pressure safety valves, air flow monitoring and U.V. flame detection.
	Modular Design Increase throughput by 30% without the need for additional gas or electrical consumption. JetForce’s modular design is easily expanded with the addition of one meter “drone” extension oven modules or additional in-feed our out-feed. Unlike competitive systems which simply increase the size of the oven, JetForce connects and feeds heated air directly from the main burner system.
	Crowned Rollers With 4-point tracking adjustments, Adelco JetForce’s highly durable Teflon® coated open mesh belt runs smoothly on crowned rollers driven by a heavy duty gear reduced variable speed DC motor. (pictured on Jetforce Split Belt)
	Easy Access Filter Adelco JetForce has an easy access, slide-out lint filter. No filter replacements required.
	Hot Inside / Cool Outside Exceptionally well insulated, Adelco JetForce retains heat for maximum energy efficiency, keeping the oven exterior and your shop cool. Adjustable oven doors may be raised to accommodate bulky items like sweatshirts or bags, or lowered to conserve heat when printing t-shirts and cut pieces.

	Infrared Pre-heat Option Using energy efficient IR emitters, Adelco JetForce’s otpional Infrared Pre-heat increases production by rapidly boosting product temperatures.

	Return Belt Option Optional Return Belt provides longer curing times without the need to increase oven lengths, and conveniently returns the garments to the loading point. Ideal for Kornit direct to garment printers, these dryers return the garment back to the original loading point. Option available only at time of original order.
	Split Belt Option Otpional Split Belt includes two belts each with its own motor and speed control for curing two different types of jobs at once. Set one side with a fast belt speed and shorter retention for curing of plastisol on light garments, and set the other side with a slow belt speed and longer retention time for waterbased ink on dark garments. Option available only at time of orignial order.
	Fume Extractor Option Optional exhaust hood with high-temperature bifurcated extraction fan removes fumes from hot fabrics as they exit the dryer.
