Adelco Modular Infrared / Hot-Air Electric Textile Dryers

Adelco JetForce Gas Textile Dryers
Adelco JetForce gas textile dryers incorporate massive volumes of jet-forced, super-heated air for fast and efficient curing of both plastisol and water based inks. Superior air and heat distribution provide extremely even belt temperatures throughout the oven. Whether you need a gas textile dryer to keep up with your MHM automatic press or to cure waters based inks from your Kornit direct to garment printer, there’s an Adelco Jetforce dryer to meet your needs. Avaiable in 40” to 72” belt widths, Adelco JetForce’s modular design enables you to add additional oven sections as your product grows. Adelco JF150-3 is a great match for MHM automatics or Kornit 931.
Adelco JetForce Split Belt Gas Textile Dryers
Adelco JetForce Split Belt gas textile dryers have two belts each with its own motors and speed controls for curing two different types of jobs at once. Set one side with a fast belt speed and shorter retention for curing of plastisol on light garments, and set the other side with a slow belt speed and longer retention time for waterbased ink on dark garments. Whether you are running two automatic presses or lights and wet pre-treated darks on your digital printer, JetForce Split Belt gives you the ultimate in production flexibility. Avaiable with two independent 27” belts or two independent 33" belts.
