These new Medium Wave flash cure units represent the very latest in technology.
We created another industry first by combining specially developed carbon emitters which produce the precise wavelength for fast even curing along with computer designed reflectors to ensure remarkably even distribution of both air and radiated heat. The latest micro processor driven controllers which are incorporated in every model provide precise control over intensity and time ensuring the fastest possible production rates and coolest cure, greatly reducing the requirement for cooling (empty) stations.
A simple data cable is supplied with each unit, enabling the operator to control all flash cure parameters remotely from the Synchroprint 4000 AC touch screen display, providing greater convenience and minimising press stoppage.
These flash cure units will fit 'tool-free' into any print station, eliminating the requirement for additional floor space. (Optional stand available for use with other manufacturers machines).
Advantages of Medium Wave Flash Cure Units
- Special carbon emitters deliver precise curing temperatures, without overheating the pallets.
- Greatly reduced requirement for cooling (empty) stations.
- Low energy consumption.
- Fast and even curing over the entire image area.
- Precise power and time control.
- No scorching - no waste!
- Faster shirt loading/unloading with 'cooler' pallets.
- Elimination of garment shrinkage and discoloration.
"We had been using a well known brand of automatic presses for about five years, but we were pulling our hair out. We constantly had to re-level pallets.
I started doing the math. Our business does a lot of setups, about 100 screens a day on about 30 jobs that vary from baby dolls to T-shirts to full zip hoodies.
Over one weekend, we took out the old presses and installed three MHMs: the Synchroprint 4000 16 color and the Synchroprint S-type 8 color and 12 color. We now set up a 10-color job in about 8 minutes.
With our MHM Synchroprint, we now set up a 10-color job in about 8 minutes. When you're paying a couple of thousand dollars a week for employees, it's a world of difference.
When the job gets to the press, it doesn't matter if it's high density, eight color, two color, gets foil, it doesn't matter. They all run exactly the same."

"The first machine I ever purchased 15 years ago was an MHM Synchroprint. We had worked on other machines, but we wanted the best machine to do the best work. Although it has great bells and whistles (eg. you can change 18 pallets over in two minutes), my fourth MHM Synchroprint has what attracted me to the presses in the first place - They run each and every day without fail, they register faster than any other press, they stay in register, and the platens are always level. Screen printing has enough variables, the MHM takes away the machine variables. No other press even comes close in terms of how quickly and easily you can set up a job (and actually start producing) and no press compares for a level printing surface. The amount of money you make is determined by how fast you set up, and the MHM is the press for setting up fast."
