Preventative maintenance is suggested every 12 months, and required at 12, 36 and 60 month intervals to assure that you get optimum performance from your Tajima embroidery equipment. All service is performed by factory-certified staff technicians using genuine Tajima replacement parts.

*Program Requirements
To take advantage of our 60-Month Guaranteed Trade-In / Trade-Up Value Program, follow these simple requirements designed to best maintain the value and performance of your Tajima embroidery machine.
- Preventative maintenance must be performed at 12, 36 and 60 months from original purchase date. All service and preventative maintenance work must be performed by Hirsch. Only genuine Tajima-brand replacement parts may be used.
- Trade in must be within 60 months of original purchase date. Trade in must be toward purchase of new Tajima machine of equal or larger size.
- Trade in machine value calculation is based on machine price only, and excludes optional accessories, freight and software. Trade in machine must be returned freight prepaid to nearest Hirsch office.
- Buyer’s account must be in good standing.
