SEIT Bridge Laser incorporates a CO2 Textile Laser on a Galvanometric (scanning) Head and a custom length bridge beam. SL4 features a working field of 300x300mm while the SL5 offers a working field of 500x500mm.

SEIT Magic Driver Software controls the laser parameters such as speed, depth and intensity and seamlessly integrates the laser function with embroidery machine operation. SEIT Laser Design Fusion, Tajima DGML by Pulse makes design creation and workflow a breeze.

Capable of traveling at up to 4m / second, SEIT is engineered for maximum throughput and reliability. SEITs water-cooling system eliminates the extensive maintenance and cool-down time associated with competitive air-cooled systems. It all adds up to production rates up to 40% faster than other systems.

SEIT bridge laser is available in custom sizes and features C shaped supports to accommodate virtually any size or combination of embroidery machines with minimal floor space. SEIT is easily expandable and works with all brands of embroidery machines.

SEIT is professionally installed by Hirsh’s own Factory-Certified Staff Technicians. Both the bridge beam and laser head are carefully calibrated to your machinery and laser’s cutting focus is calibrated to 9 points on each individual embroidery head.

SEIT provides real-time remote support via the internet. Laser functions can be controlled, diagnosed and updated remotely in a matter of minutes.

	4-Port Exhaust System High-volume, 4-Port Exhaust System with 80mm hose quickly removes fumes directly at the point that they are created, making SEIT’s exhaust system more effective when the laser head is moving laterally.
	C-Shaped Central Supports Provide continuous, unimpeded movement of the laser head. Multiple embroidery machines and test desks can be placed at any and all positions along the laser bridge’s X-Axis.
	Custom-length bridge SEIT is provided with custom-length bridge to best accommodate you machine configuration and space requirements. Bridges can be infinitely expanded left or right to keep step with future production requirements.
	Direct-Drive Bridge Motor The Direct-Drive Bridge Motor precisely positions the laser along the textile laser bridge’s X-Axis. The brushless stepper motor is directly connected to the bridge gear eliminating the need for belts and gear-boxes. The result is better acceleration, more precise positioning, lower maintenance and improved safety.
	Downward-Facing Bridge-Gear The Downward-Facing Bridge-Gear maintains accurate, fluid movement and reduces maintenance by eliminating debris build-up.
	Easy Clean Filters Positioned on the back of the laser head, SEIT’s filter is easy to clean and keeps filter deposits away from embroidery tables.
	Enclosure Profile The laser head’s Enclosure Profile can accommodate Sequin Devices to maximize working field.

	Water-Cooling System Water-Cooling System maintains consistent temperature of both the laser and laser control system. Unlike air-cooled systems SEIT’s water-cooling system is independent of ambient air temperature and does not require a “cool-down” period between runs. Water-cooling system eliminates dust build-up in the control system and stabilizes the power supply to +- 5% for the most precise laser control possible. The closed-loop system uses regular tap water.
	Z-Axis Motor Focuses the SEIT textile laser accurately on the working plain. A wide range of fabric types, thicknesses and number of layers can be efficiently cut without the need for aluminum foil in nearly all cases.
