	Advanced Automated Features Automated functions speed up design creation. Auto Breakup slices complex segments and applies stitch directions to create perfect satin stitches. Auto Sequence optimizes the sewing order of a design based on user-defined criteria. Auto Start/Stop sets closest-point connections and automatically places entry and exit points on all selected segments.
	Auto Color Blend Blend two stitch colors together to create beautiful effects. Use graduated density to vary the stitch density across the satin and fill segments, creating a three dimensional effect.
	Carved Fill Pattern Editor Create your own unique Carved Fills with the Carved Pattern Editor. These patterned fills add a textured, 3-dimensional quality to designs and instantly transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
	Cascade Stitch A series of concentric stitches that fill a shape along its contour, the cascade stitch is useful in design where an aesthetic, hand-sewn look is desired. Used with the programmed run, the cascade stitch creates a very textured fill.

	Custom Cornering Create quality satin corners every time. Corners are adjusted with a simple click of the mouse button making high quality professional results easy to achieve. Choose from any of four corner styles - Capped, Hand-Sewn, Auto-Turn and Mitered - depending on the sharpness of the angle of the corner and the look you want to achieve.
	Turning & Elastic Effects Create interesting stitch effects with Turning and Elastic carves. With Turning, the carved tile pattern turns along the angle lines you specify. With Elastic effects, a single pattern is stretched to fit the width of the column.
	E-Stitch So called because it creates a stitch which looks like the letter "E" along a line or a shape, this stitch is widely used in applique. It is also very useful in creating embroidery designs like leaves and flowers and feathers. You can also apply E-Stitch along a long, in a satin path or a even in a complex fill shape.

Below is a list of the recommended computer specification if you plan to purchase a computer for your Tajima DG/ML by Pulse Version 2010 Software. Increasing RAM memory and/or processor speed will improve system performance.

• 2GHz Genuine Intel Premium 4 Processor or above.
• Microsoft Windows® XP Home or XP Professional, Windows© Vista, or Windows© 7. (Windows 2000 is no longer supported.) Tajima DG/ML by Pulse is certified for use with Windows© 7.
• Monitor with 1024x768 video resolution with 16-bit color display (or higher)
• CD-ROM drive
• 2 GB of RAM (The more RAM, the better.)
• 3.5 - inch high - density drive for most disk formats. Some computers may require a special Floppy Disk Controller Card to read and write old style Melco disks. This Controller Card must have a Goldstar or Western Digital chip. A Diskette drive is only required if you need to output designs to disk.
• Minimum 3 GB hard disk drive space available.
• Mouse (3 button is preferred for digitizing)
• 1 Univeral Serial Bus (USB) port
• At least one additional serial port. (required for connecting optional hardware such as embroidery machines and digitizing boards.) You may need more ports, depending on the number and type of devices you want to connect. A serial port is only required if you wish to output designs directly to an embroidery machine that requires a serial connection via cable.

• Do NOT attach peripherals to your security device. Doing so may damage the device.
• Connecting to some older embroidery machines through cable may require a parallel port. You must also have an available on-board parallel port and additional hardware available from your distributor.
