Online Training

Our comprehensive Startup Embroidery Training Program is geared towards your success. We offer a three phase approach that blends online and classroom training.  Online (webinar)  training has many benefits including fast scheduling, flexibility and convenience. Plus, learning from the comfort of your own office or home means no hotel bills, no fuel costs, no time away from home and family. But we also realize certain aspects such as hooping, machine setup, and embroidery production need a hands-on approach, which is done in one of our state-of-the-art Training Facilities.

Embroidery Essentials Part 1

This training session is the Introduction of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software.

Here you will be introduced to the environment of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software, learn about different data files, embroidery stitch types, how to create and manipulate text, opening existing files and saving them.
You will also learn time saving techniques like name stacking and templates.

***There will be a one (1) hour follow-up review session to cover your homework assignments and answer any questions.

PLEASE NOTE: This training session is not necessary if you are an existing customer and have taken the training before.

Embroidery Essentials Part 2

This training session is the Editing Existing Designs.

Here you will learn how to edit and manipulate outline and stitch files.

This training session is open to all current users of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse and is a great review for customers that have recently upgraded their Scribe level to Composer or older Creator versions to the new Creator level.

***There will be a one (1) hour follow-up review session to cover your homework assignments and answer any questions.

Pre-Requisite: You must have attended the Embroidery Essentials Part 1 or comparable training at original purchase of software.

Embroidery Essentials Review Webinar

We will be reviewing your homework assignments and answering any accompanying questions.

Introduction to Digitizing

This is the training session for Beginner Digitizers.

Here you will learn the basic tools and skills required to create great embroidery designs from scratch.

This training session is open to all Creator, Illustrator Extreme and Maestro Multimedia users of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse and is a great review for customers that have recently upgraded their Creator, Illustrator Extreme or Maestro Multimedia levels.

Pre-Requisite: You must have attended the Embroidery Essentials Part 1& 2 or comparable training at original purchase of software.

Intermediate Digitizing

This training session is for Intermediate Digitizers.

Here you will learn about vector digitizing using the Artwork Tools. We will also learn how to use automated vector digitizing tools such as: AutoTrace, AutoDigitizing, Import Artwork, Import True Type Fonts, Image Vectorizer and the DrawFusion.

This training session is open to all Illustrator Extreme and Maestro Multimedia users of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software. It is a great review for customers that have recently upgraded their Illustrator, Artist Plus or Maestro Multimedia levels.

Digitizing Webinars Review

We will be reviewing your homework assignments and answering any accompanying questions from the Introduction to Digitizing and the Intermediate Digitizing Webinars.

Maestro Multimedia 2009 UPDATE Webinar

Designed specifically for Hirsch customers who've recently updated their current Maestro software to the new Maestro Multimedia 2009. 

Working with 3D Puff Embroidery Designs

This webinar will teach you have to use the 3D fonts in the Tajima DG/Ml by Pulse software as well as teach you techniques on sewing 3D Puff Embroidery Designs.

Prerequisite:  To be eligible for this webinar, you must have attended the Embroidery Essentials and the Introduction to Digitizing webinars.

Working with Small Lettering

This webinar is specifically designed to show you tips and techniques for sewing small lettering including using the Small Fonts that are included in the Tajima DG/Ml by Pulse software.

Prerequisite:  To be eligible for this webinar, you must have attended the Embroidery Essentials Part I and Part II webinars.

How to Applique

This webinar will teach you have to create an applique design from start to finish using the Applique and Applique Cut Tools in the Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software.

Prerequisite:  To be eligible for this webinar, you must have attended the Embroidery Essentials and the Introduction to Digitizing webinars.

Utilizing Draw Fusion

This interactive webinar session starts off with some basics of CorelDraw and then works through 5 different designs using the DrawFusion feature within the Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software start to finish.

This is open to all levels of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse users from version 11 to version 13. However, we do ask that you be comfortable in the basics of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software.

Pre-requisite: Attended the Embroidery Essentials

Embroidery i² For Adobe Illustrator

This training session is the Introduction to the Embroidery i2 Plug-in for Adobe Illustrator.

Here you will learn the key features as well as embroidery basics using the Embroidery i2 Plug-in for Adobe Illustrator.

***You must have version Adobe Illustrator CS3 or CS4(sold separately) to use this Plug-in efficiently.

Embroidery i² For CorelDraw

This training session is the Introduction to the Embroidery i2 Plug-in for CorelDraw.

Here you will learn the key features as well as embroidery basics using the Embroidery i2 Plug-in for CorelDraw.

***You must have version X4(sold separately) to use this Plug-in efficiently.

Chenille Embroidery Webinar

This training session is for Chenille Digitizing.

Here you will learn how to create lattice and spiro chenille, chain stitches and moss stitches and learn how to change the settings for each chenille stitch types. We will also answer your chenille design and application questions.

This training session is open to all Chenille users of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software and is a great review for existing Chenille users that has recently updated their Chenille software.

Sequin Embroidery Training and Review

This training session is for Sequin Digitizing.

Here you will learn how to create sequin fill, freeplace sequins and learn how to change the settings for each of these sequins types. We will also answer your sequin design and application questions.

This training session is open to all Sequin users of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software and is a great review for existing Sequin users that has recently updated their Sequin software.
